1. What types of parties or events do you cater to? 

We offer the Show Offs Circus School bus & skills for children’s parties, events, fetes, festivals, weddings, Christening, engagement parties, corporate event, corporate fun days etc. Almost anytime you require a different form of entertainment, than Show Offs Circus School should be considered, please contact us to discuss your ideas for your next event/party, whatever it might be. 

2. What age groups are suitable for your circus parties/events? 

Our entertainment is suitable for almost all ages, from children as young as 5 years old up to the mature adult. 

3. What circus acts and activities do you provide at your parties/events? 

Diablo, Pogo sticks, Stilts, Tightrope, 2 wheelers, 4 wheelers, Unicycles, Flower sticks, Hula hoops, Juggling, Ribbons, Aerial hoop, Poi, Glitter tattoos and Balloon modelling to name a few.

4. How long do your circus parties/events typically last? 

Any from 1 hour (min) to a full day, to also long term weekly events. 

Bronze package: 

Circus workshop to include 5 activities. 

  • 1 hour £150 
  • 2 hours £200 
  • 3 hours £250 

 

Silver package: 

Circus workshop to include 7 activities: 

  • 2 hours £250 
  • 3 hours £325 
  • All day £450 

 

Gold package to include all activities: 

  • 2 hours £ 300 
  • 3 hours £375 
  • All day £450 

Travel will be charged on top. 

 

Circus Bus hire for the day £900 

  • Extra artists 
  • Jugglers £400 
  • Face painters £250 plus £50 for extra hours 
  • Balloon modellers £275 plus £50 for extra hours 
  • Stilt walkers £350 for 4 x 30 minute sets. 
  • All artists are self-employed. 
  • Please ask for specific costumed themes 
  • Travel will be added.

6. Is there a maximum number of guests you can accommodate?

There is a maximum of 25 people per tutor. A full day booking will require as standard 2 tutors.

7. Are your circus entertainers experienced and insured? 

Every performer is covered by public liability insurance. Upon request, we are happy to supply a risk assessment for your peace of mind.

8. How far in advance should clients book the Show Offs Circus School bus? 

Plan ahead and reserve your spot up to 5 months before your event or party. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability on your desired date. Dates can fill up quickly, so don't miss out!

To confirm and secure your date, a 50% deposit is required for all bookings. Please note that we have a minimum lead time of 10 days to ensure we can prepare and deliver an unforgettable circus experience for your event.

9. Can clients choose a circus party theme or decorations? 

While clients can't fully dictate the overall party theme or decorations, they do have some flexibility. They can request specific outfits aligned with circus themes for all artists. It's important to note that, as tutors, we must prioritise practicality to ensure effective teaching, which may limit elaborate costume choices. However, stilt artists can be themed if they have the appropriate outfit. Your satisfaction is important, and we'll work within these considerations to create a memorable circus experience for your event.

11. When booking the Show Offs Circus School bus, what amount of space do you need for the bus & entertainment? 

To host the Show Offs Circus School bus and entertainment, ensure you have adequate space for both the bus and convenient access to the event/party location. The bus dimensions are as follows: Length: 10.7-12.3 meters, Width: 2.52 meters, Height: 3.00 meters. When planning your booking, please consider these measurements. 12. Do I have to hire the Show Offs Circus School Bus & the skills? 

No you don’t, you can hire the bus & the skills, or you can simply hire just the skills. This is particularly helpful if you do not have the space for the bus. The skills will still arrive to your location in a truck, as we need a vehicle large enough to carry the circus skills equipment. Please bear this in mind when you book as we will need access to a parking space at least for a truck. 

13. Do you offer discount or a lower cost for any particular services? 

Yes, we do, as standard we offer a 10% discount bus & skills costs only, (excludes travel & charges) for services such as Schools, NHS, Fire & Police. Please contact us to discuss pricing.
